Position Overview

This is anon call seasonal positionexpected to last fromNovember to Apriland includes the potential to continue working with our landscape team in the spring!

The pay rate is $21.07 / hour and will depend on the successful candidates qualifications and prior experience. A health and welfare benefit of $4.93 / hour is added to each hour worked up to 40 hours.

Job Duties

• Respond promptly to calls for snow and ice events.
• Communicate during and before / after shifts.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and maintenance on all vehicles and equipment.
• Clear snow from customer sites from designated areas and pile snow in designated and approved locationsonly.
• Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe responsible and efficient manner.
• Control ice accumulations at jobsites with the safe and responsible use of de-icing agents (salt treated saltliquids or other de-icing chemicals).
• Hand-shovel snow blow or hand-treat site areas as required (walkways doorways fire equipment etc).
• Abide by Davey and industry safety policies and procedures.
• Accurately document site service records for each and every site visit.
• Submit paperwork
