Were seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher for a full-time position in Strafford NH. This role serves 11 students grades 1 through 6 in one school. This position requires case management of students who need support with inclusion.

What Youll Do

Provide individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.

Develop implement and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) .

Oversee a student caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Foster a positive inclusive classroom culture that encourages growth and engagement.

Maintain accurate records and consistent communication with families and school staff.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education

Valid NH Special Education Endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)

Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs

Strong communication organization and teamwork skills
