The Analyst, Business Intelligence, is expected to gather requirements for data collection and analysis and provide a business intelligence solution to identify actionable insights. In addition, the role will be to work with colleagues throughout the company to determine analytical requirements and optimum solutions. The qualified individual should have significant previous experience in developing analytic solutions and should have superior technical skills, enabling them to develop the most appropriate solution for business needs. Good organizational and collaborative skills are critical for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with colleagues as necessary to gather requirements and find opportunities for analytic solutions.
• Develop business intelligence solutions for projects and requests given to the team.
• Gather requirements for projects requested by the team.
• Maintain reporting solutions after they go live.
• Develop enhancements to existing reporting solutions, adding new functionalities as requested.
• Develop solid working relationships with coworkers and support all other stakeholders as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
