FC Lead

Our Opportunity :

The Fulfillment Center (FC) Lead will play a hands-on role in our dynamic operation at Dayton OH. This individual will be a change agent who thrives on details drives daily improvements and fosters positive relationships with hourly Team Members!

What youll do :

• Support Area Managers in driving operational performance and engagement across a team of up to 45 hourly associates.
• Promote and maintain a safe clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure achievement of daily operational goals.
• Coach mentor train and develop Team Members for performance and career growth.
• Serve as a cultural ambassador modeling Chewys operating principles ethics and integrity.
• Act as a liaison between hourly associates and leadership ensuring two-way communication and engagement.
• Thrive in a fast-paced rapidly evolving e-commerce environment.
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify and implement network-wide standard processes.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team dynamic that encourages feedback adapts to change and stays focused on the customer experience.
• Use tools including the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Chewy Labor Management System (CLMS) Tableau and Smartsheet.
