job_description.job_card.job_descriptionVerify, analyze, and organize P&L statements and key financial data to support strategic decision-making. Analyze key financial metrics such as BEP (Break-even Point) and profitability indicators to provide insights for business planning. Maintain and update financial and operational reports for internal use. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments. Generate reports to assess company-wide performance and identify improvement areas. Facilitate communication and resolve operational issues between departments. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools (Tableau) are a plus. English-Proficiency, Korean is a plus
