Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based approaches to improve motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and caregivers on therapy modalities to encourage continuous progress at home
• Assess and Document Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans to keep patients on track
