Job Specification

The IT Tech Support / Analyst will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for end-user systems applications and infrastructure within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position requires extensive experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 platforms as well as a solid understanding of Active Directory networking fundamentals device management and modern endpoint administration through Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD). The ideal candidate is highly self-sufficient organized and capable of prioritizing and resolving complex technical issues while providing an exceptional user experience.
