Key Responsibilities :
As a Program Driver, you will be the trusted link that helps clients access important services. Your primary role is to ensure safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for individuals attending our programs.
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport clients to and from various program locations.
- Maintain established routes and schedules to guarantee timely arrivals at destinations.
- Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, time, and any issues encountered.
- Regularly inspect the vehicle to ensure it meets safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues or accidents promptly to supervisors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, treating each client with respect, dignity, and care.
- Adhere to local, state, and federal transportation regulations, as well as company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development as required by 4C Integrated Health Services.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.Prior experience as a driver or in a transportation-related role is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively manage time and adhere to schedules.Compassionate, patient, and respectful when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.Must pass a background check and any required health screenings.Ability to assist clients as needed and maintain a professional demeanor.Comfortable sitting for extended periods while driving.Ability to navigate diverse road conditions and environments with confidence.Schedule :
