Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This hybrid position is expected to go from early January through early April and offers a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective communication are essential to success.

Responsibilities :

• Calculate income tax details accurately to support form preparation and compliance.
• Assist accounting department with reports, audit and tax preparation, and budget.
• Maintain records including journal entries, general ledgers, invoices and receipts.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and address high-volume tasks efficiently.
• Utilize documents to verify, record and process transactions.
