Work -life balance. Full-time base : 32 patient contact hours

Light call by phone.

4-4.5 clinic days / week

1 : 1 physician to MA ratio

17-18 patients per day

High physician autonomy.

Strong admin & group support

Compensation. Base plus productivity with physicians earning up to $410K per year.

Signing bonus / relocation allowance / loan repayment.
