What you will do

  • Ownership of unit risk based inspection program
  • Work selection recommendations
  • Planning inspections with appropriate coverage and NDE techniques
  • Analysis of inspection results and recommended future actions
  • Perform mechanical analysis of required thickness and fitness for service assessments
  • Respond to plant operational events
  • Provide repair and replacement specifications
  • Analyze site fixed equipment performance
  • Drive site asset improvement in the areas of Safety, Reliability, Environmental Performance and Equipment Capability and Efficiency in a team setting
  • Support capital projects and minor modifications in the areas of design consulting, technical quality assurance, and start-up assistance
  • Communicate and interact daily with Inspection, Maintenance, Process, and Operations team members

About you

Skills and Qualifications

  • Required (or higher) Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Corrosion Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with Mechanical Integrity in a Petrochemical facility

  • The expected annual salary range for this position is $140,000 - $190,000. Individual pay will be determined based on various factors, which may include skills, abilities, qualifications, work experience, and education.
  • Pension Plan : Enrollment is automatic and at no cost to you. The basic benefit is a monthly annuity to be paid to you in retirement for the rest of your life.
  • Savings Plan : You can contribute between 6% and 20% of your pay and are encouraged to enroll right away. If you contribute at least 6% to your savings plan, the Company will contribute a 7% match.
