We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer who can independently lead complex residential projects from concept to completion. We're building a dynamic, high-performing design team and hiring Interior Designers. Candidates must have a strong portfolio and be ready to manage high-end projects from day one.

The Role

As a Senior Interior Designer, youll take full ownership of residential remodels and custom homes, collaborating with clients, engineers, estimators, and project managers. Youll drive projects from concept through construction, helping bring clients visions to life with creativity, precision, and heart.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and present conceptual designs, layouts, and 3D renderings
• Develop full construction documents, specifications, and project schedules
• Select and source materials, finishes, and fixtures
• Lead client presentations and manage ongoing communications
• Conduct site visits and field measurements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior team members
