Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine in-process inspections of production lines to ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and company quality standards.
- Inspect raw materials, packaging components, and finished products for defects or deviations.
- Monitor and verify proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of products during production.
- Conduct line clearances and ensure batch records are accurate and complete.
- Identify and report any quality deviations or non-conformances, working closely with production and QA teams to implement corrective actions.
- Assist in product sampling and testing as required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification in quality control, life sciences, or a related field is a plus.Minimum of 1-2 years of QA / QC experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or nutraceuticals.Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and quality standards applicable to pharmaceutical and personal care manufacturing.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.Effective communication and documentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Company Description
