Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Inspector position include :

• Minimum of 5+ years of construction inspection and oversight experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in construction technology or management is a plus.
• NICET certification or similar civil construction / inspection certifications are a plus.
• Experience in municipal infrastructure projects such as roadway resurfacing, water distribution systems, sanitary and storm sewer systems, and park and recreation facilities.
• Ability to split time between office and field (approximately 50 / 50).
• Must be comfortable with local travel to project sites (no overnight travel required).
• Strong documentation and communication skills for reporting and project updates.
• Capable of working independently and coordinating with contractors and engineering teams.

Salary : $55,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
