What You'll Do :

Information Security (InfoSec) protects the trust & integrity of Roblox by managing security risks in our applications, infrastructure & processes across the organization. As the Manager of Infrastructure Security , you'll lead the team responsible for the proactive hardening of the large-scale, globally distributed, hybrid infrastructure that supports more than 50 million daily active users. This team is composed of software security engineers of all levels.

You will be reporting to the Director of Platform security and you will work closely with every team within InfoSec, and partner with teams across all of our infrastructure group.

This role is based in our San Mateo HQ, and is Hybrid requiring three days per week in the office.

You Have :

• 6+ years of experience in the Information Security domain.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following security domains : Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, Micro-service and container security.
• Experience owning team-level objectives from inception to implementation.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA : The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$283,780-$331,640 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
