Providence Staffing is seeking a qualified and motivated Program Analyst to support the AU-ABC / GEM program at Maxwell AFB. The Program Analyst will play a critical role in managing program statistics, analyzing data, and ensuring effective program management. This individual will collaborate with partner schools, manage documentation, and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with schools to determine eligibility for program participation.
• Assist partner schools in developing degree programs aligned with CCAF requirements.
• Coordinate higher-level approvals for new schools, programs, and courses.
• Manage participation data and customer feedback, taking action to address issues as required.
• Participate in CCAF marketing events to promote program initiatives.
• Maintain and update process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor program progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
