Responsibilities
Pediatrix® Medical Group of Florida , is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our respected neonatology practice at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, a U.S. News-ranked children's hospital and the largest NICU in Broward County.
- Joe DiMaggio NICU has 62 Level-IV NICU beds and 22 Level-II beds; average daily census of 70 and o ver 5,000 annual births
- System-wide the two sister NICUs have 36 Level-III beds and an additional 8,000 annual births
- Robust high-risk perinatal navigation program
- Full complement of pediatric subspecialists
- Care of full range of complex neonatal diagnoses
- On site ECMO, therapeutic hypothermia, BPD programs, full range of ventilation modes including HFOV, HFJV, NAVA
- Variety of shifts including 10-12 hour day shifts and 12-16 hour night shifts
- Rotations to Memorial West and Memorial Miramar with 24 hour shifts
