Huntsman Mental Health Institute (HMHI) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our centralized staffing operations , float pool (120+ FTEs) , and Hospital Supervisor  teams. Reporting directly to the Senior Nursing Administrator, this leadership role is responsible for advancing staffing office best practices, optimizing workforce deployment, and ensuring seamless nursing operations across HMHI’s clinical areas—including inpatient units, receiving centers, and other patient care environments. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, systems thinker, and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven behavioral health setting.
