Geotechnical Engineer (Customer Success Manager)

In this role

you will have the opportunity to :

• Drive growth and retention within our existing customer accounts by understanding their business needs and providing them with relevant solutions. This will include planning and executing strategic plans within the accounts

Act as the first point of contact with assigned customers, with responsibility for the coordination and oversight of all on-boarding, training, administration, licensing and support of users

Provide account insights through the collation and analysis of customer usage and sentiment data, which is published into a regular quarterly business review

To be successful in this role, you should have :

Experience working with geotechnical solutions would be advantageous, as would experience working with clients in the Civil or Environmental sectors

Experience working with and managing stakeholders and customers in a software environment would be beneficial
