Commercialization Data Specialist

Job Description

We are currently hiring a FT Commercialization Data Specialist hybrid in Boston, MA or Milton, DE .

The Commercialization Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and operational readiness of key commercial data assets, including Bills of Materials (BOM), Part Numbers, Finished Goods SKUs and Universal Product Codes (UPC) / Shipping Container Codes (SCC). This role serves as a data steward, driving data quality and maintaining governance standards across systems in support of the BBC innovation projects. The specialist collaborates cross-functionally with teams in Commercialization, Master Data, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Creative, and IT to support strategic projects and enable seamless product commercialization. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive / collaborative mindset, and the ability to operate across business and technical topics

• A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedule.

At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $50,500 and $106,600 . However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
