Job Title : Data & Document Management Processor Location : Austin, TX (Local candidates preferred) Candidates within 60 miles : 100% Onsite in Austin office Candidates beyond 60 miles : 100% Remote Preference given to Austin-area candidates Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Data & Document Management Processor to support provider enrollment and file maintenance for Medicaid programs. This role requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to ensure accurate, timely processing. Key Responsibilities Professionally interact with providers and staff to address inquiries and concerns regarding enrollment and file maintenance. Accurately process 100% of assigned applications and maintenance requests, meeting or exceeding daily targets. Identify and resolve deficiencies in provider applications, issuing corrections based on QA audits as required. Provide timely responses to inquiries regarding application status. Research and contact providers by phone to resolve enrollment deficiencies when necessary. Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards. Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support production demands. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year of customer service and / or data entry experience in a professional environment. At least 6 months of healthcare provider enrollment / credentialing experience required. Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly detail-oriented with strong quality focus. Ability to function independently and apply critical thinking to analyze and resolve issues. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to new enrollment processes. What We're Looking For Local Austin candidates are strongly preferred. Candidates within 60 miles must work 100% onsite. Candidates beyond 60 miles will be considered for 100% remote work.
