We're on the hunt for a dynamic Receptionist and Legal Assistant who can juggle tasks with a smile and help keep our office running smoothly!

As the welcoming face of our law firm, you'll play a pivotal role in creating positive first impressions. While managing phone calls is a key part of your duties, your role will quickly expand to encompass a variety of responsibilities. We are looking for a friendly and cooperative individual who excels in customer service, enjoys assisting others, and has outstanding listening skills. This position requires keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work. You will thrive in a supportive team environment where collaboration and guidance are essential. Compensation : 15 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting everyone with a sincere smile and enthusiasm.
  • Listen attentively and empathetically to address inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate smoothly with team members and maintain a strong focus on customer service.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistently accurate work.
  • Adapt to changes in work responsibilities with ample time for learning and practice.
  • Make decisions in collaboration with the team and supervisors, particularly when under time constraints or facing evolving situations.
  • Provide administrative support and manage tasks efficiently to ensure the smooth operation of the law firm.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
