MADICORP is currently accepting resumes from well experienced Plastics Extrusion Operator to join our traveling contracted team.

Skills :
- Must have experience setting up and running larger plastic extrusion lines.
- Proficient with performing quality checks and completing applicable documentation.
Plastics Extrusion Operator Responsibilities :
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized department.Assist in the training of new employees (safety, equipment, materials, quality, packaging, power lifts, procedures, processes, etc.)Perform department Preventative Maintenance assignments.Perform all extrusion line set ups, changeovers, start-ups, and continuous operation.Perform basic troubleshooting of extrusion machinery and plastics processes.Comply with standard operating procedures, control plans, safety, and environmental procedures.Comply with Quality Standard ISO / TS 16949, and Environmental Standard ISO 14001.Comply with BRC / IOP certification standardMonitor and insure quality of work in process, semi finished, and finished products in accordance with control plan specifications.Participate in 6S initiatives pertaining to departmental cleanliness, organization, and safety and optimization of manufacturing processes.Maintain accuracy in production reporting, downtime, sampling, and data entry.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Standing for up to 12 hours per day.Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.Frequent bending, and stooping.
