Position Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for direct sales activities and customer support of Medical Dynamics Inc.'s innovative respiratory care / ventilation products within the assigned territory. This individual plays a pivotal role in achieving sales goals, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of products in clinical environments.

This position requires frequent travel within the designated region and involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed 100% of assigned annual sales quota.
• Develop and execute strategic sales outreach to generate and close business opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain monthly sales forecasts and pipelines in alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct facility visits within policy guidelines to promote and support product adoption.
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities in accordance with defined metrics.
• Complete sales activity reports and participate in regular progress meetings with sales team and management.
• Support customer onboarding, including equipment installation, product training, and follow-up support.
• Coordinate with clinical specialists to ensure alignment of customer training and sales goals.
• Attend and actively participate in regional and team meetings.
• Drive behavior-based solution sales, emphasizing system and process transformation over single-product transactions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including economic decision-makers (CMO, COO, CFO).
