SAP Supply Chain And Operations Director

In SAP supply chain and operations at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Preferred Knowledge / Skills

  • SAP EHS Expertise in Energy & Utilities :
  • Deep functional and technical experience in SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), with a successful track record of delivering solutions across utilities and energy industry clients.
  • EHS Practice Development and Management :
  • Demonstrated ability to structure, scale, and lead an SAP EHS consulting practice. Includes designing practice frameworks, governance models, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies that align with broader Sustainability and EAM objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Skill Development :
  • Proven success in identifying, attracting, and mentoring top SAP EHS talent. Ability to build a high-performing team while fostering upskilling initiatives and career development pathways.
  • Sales and Business Development Leadership :
  • Experience supporting and leading large-scale SAP S / 4HANA transformation pursuits with a focus on EHS-related capabilities. Ability to partner across internal teams to drive business growth and generate new revenue streams.
  • Solution Design and Integration :
  • Proven ability to lead the development and management of PwC's S / 4HANA EHS demo and delivery solution components, particularly within the PwC Utility Edge Solution framework. Includes integration with other SAP modules and platforms.
  • SAP EHS Functional Expertise :
  • In-depth experience across core SAP EHS capabilities, including :
  • Incident Management
  • Management of Change (MOC)
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation
  • Go-to-Market and Alliance Support :
  • Demonstrated success supporting PwC SAP Alliance initiatives and market-facing campaigns, translating technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for clients.
  • Team and Engagement Leadership :
  • Proven record of success leading diverse teams, managing client expectations, mitigating risk, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of complex EHS solutions within fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation :
  • Demonstrates an ongoing commitment to staying at the forefront of EHS regulatory trends, sustainability priorities, and SAP roadmap innovations that impact clients in the energy and utilities sectors.
  • Travel Requirements Up to 80%
