This opening is a pivotal position for our client as they continue to build and elevate their Community Management program across the organization while supporting day to day functions.
o Identifying and engaging with comments and questions on Facebook / Instagram / Meta
o Escalating to, and working with, the marketing / communication reps within the business units to deliver responses
o Documenting and building out a playbook for community management
o Developing reporting on the impact of social media and the community management
o Using Brandwatch, Khoros, Sprout Social, and other social media listening tools to understand trends
Agency industry will be a huge plus
Specific tool experience with things like Brandwatch, Khoros, Sprout Social etc is a plus
