Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective and current clients.Apply expertise to recommend strategies and implement complex estate plans-including trusts, wills, tax planning, and business succession.Draft and review a wide range of estate planning documents; explain provisions to clients in straightforward terms.Collaborate regularly with clients, accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals.Prioritize, manage, and advance multiple cases in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Cultivate client relationships through clear, timely, and compassionate communication.Report on caseload progress in weekly meetings; contribute ideas for firm and process improvements.Serve as a leader and positive culture carrier within the team.What We're Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership with the California State Bar.At least 3+ years of hands-on estate planning experience (from consult to document execution). Must have completed a minimum of 50 full Estate plans.Mastery of estate planning, probate, and trust administration concepts; strong working knowledge of taxes, finance, and investments as they relate to estate planning.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to simplify complex topics for clients of all backgrounds.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, timekeeping, and legal case management software; experience with Wealth Counsel drafting tools highly valued.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing numerous matters simultaneously.High degree of integrity, discretion, and commitment to maintaining strict client confidentiality.A focus on solution-oriented service, teamwork, and continuous professional development.Compensation & Benefits
