Job Summary
Provide case management to at-risk students requiring support to basic needs. Monitor students and develop action plans to facilitate referrals on and off campus resources. Identify collaborative opportunities to raise awareness for Temoc’s Closet as well as donation initiatives. Responsible for creating an overall marketing and social media campaign for the center as well as programs and services. Maintain program records for assessment, compliance and outcomes. Review requests for the Student Emergency Fund. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree.
One (1) or more years related work experience.
An equivalent level of education and / or experience is acceptable. Preferred Education and Experience Essential Duties and Responsibilities
After the probationary period, this role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote / partly in office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval. Must be located within the DFW Area and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice. A UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required within 14 days after approval.
