We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our East Memphis office. Ideal candidates should have over 2 years of experience managing personal injury cases (either on the plaintiff or defense side) at the direction of a supervising attorney.
Competitive Pay : $55,000 - $65,000 annual salary, depending on experience. Bonus and raise potential.

Responsibilities :
- Supervising the opening of new cases, including the collection of necessary documentation
- Drafting correspondence, memoranda, discovery, pleadings, and other documents
- Managing medical bills, liens, and insurance policies
- Drafting correspondence, memoranda, discovery, pleadings, and other documents
- Managing deadlines to ensure efficient case development
- Reviewing and summarizing medical records
- Conducting medical, jury verdict, and expert witness research
- Providing case status updates to clients and supervising attorneys
- Assisting with the preparation of mediation, trial, and depositions
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injuryPersonable and compassionate demeanor to work with clientsExtremely well organized and able to direct workflow to keep cases on trackParalegal certificate and / or college degree preferredProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with case management software (Filevine preferred)About Company
