Essential Duties
- Utilize Sales skills on qualified appointments
- Meet and build rapport with customers in their homes
- Determine their design needs
- Educate customers by presenting the Schicker Luxury Bath solution
- Close sales
- Conduct job site measuring
- Photograph spaces appropriately
- Create designs with customers
- Select appropriate products
- Correctly calculate costs of projects
- Learn and implement the Schicker Luxury Bath sales system, tools, training, and resources
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience; in-home sales experience a plusHome improvement related sales experience preferredExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailOutstanding communication skillsResponsible and reliableCoachable mindsetCompetitive by natureClean driving record and background checkWarm, outgoing, and enthusiasticDesire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needsIndependent, self-motivated, disciplined, high achieverIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and MarketSharp or other CRM a plusHigh school diploma or GED requiredPowered by JazzHR
