To build upon a track record of growth and success, we are looking to add a new Account Manager to help support our Industrial Services Division. The Account Manager is responsible for the retention and growth of revenue within an assigned group of customer accounts. Leverages relationships and proven value in maintaining our business and developing opportunities leading to increased customer satisfaction, service and technology revenue.

Essential Functions :
- Work closely with customer leadership, demonstrate and document short-and long-term service, program value and benefit when meeting customer objectives and satisfaction leading to contract renewals.
- Responsible for discovery and understanding of the entirety of the customers' fluids, fluid applications and filtration systems. Probes, understands and communicates the opportunity to support and provide value added solutions.
- Identifies, plans, implements, and monitor improvement projects with the objective of improving the customers process performance and chemical use efficiency, reducing and or reclaiming fluid waste through the application of Trucent's technologies and expertise. May require the expansion of our service and technology footprint.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account revenue and profitability. Create and deliver customer presentations to justify the adoption of proposed projects and to demonstrate the benefits of successfully completed projects. Draft, edit and deliver clear, organized written proposals and sales quotes.
- Support new program surveys to quantify savings and process improvement opportunities. Lead the successful start-up of new service programs.
- Lead / work with Trucent on-site staff and / or Trucent Technicians to assure technology performance and performance goals are met. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and customer-centric service within the team. Resolve customer issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Marginal Functions :
Perform trouble-shooting services for chemical process and chemical related waste at customer locations.Transfer knowledge between locations and perform training assuring best practices are applied at all account locations. Establish program specifications and standard procedures for execution at customer site locations.Temporarily fill open on-site positions when short-staffed. (i.e. vacation, sick leave, vacancy.)ACCOUNTABILITY METRICS
Retention % of existing accounts.Revenue growth within existing accounts.POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education :
Bachelor's degree is preferred.Experience :
A minimum of five years in the sale and or management of chemicals, filtration technologies and or the application of the company's related technologies.Skills and Abilities (May be representative but not all-inclusive, of those commonly associated with this position) :
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and associates.Good mathematical skills with the ability to analyze and evaluate data. Precise and accurate in dealing with figures and details. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, fractions, graphs and charts.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form.Travel Requirements :
Extensive travel will be required.
