Barista

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, as well as providing exceptional coffee service to our valued customers. If you have a love for creating delicious beverages, connecting with the community, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun environment, we want to hear from you.

• Responsibilities :
• Craft and serve drinks with precision and care
• Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, fostering a sense of community
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Take direction well and demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Uphold food safety standards and secure Food Handlers Certificate within 7 days of starting if hired
• Able to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods of time
• Requirements :
• Availability 3-5 shifts per week AM preferred shifts.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to provide 3 references
• Passion for coffee crafting and community engagement
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in personal appearance
• Desire for growth and potential leadership opportunities
• Team player mentality and commitment to exceptional customer service
• Compensation :
• Starting base pay of $10 per hour plus tips (averaging $17-$25 per hour, potentially more during peak times)
