Analyst Position Summary
The Analyst is responsible for the administration and operational support of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and related equity programs. This role ensures accurate processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely resolution of inquiries. The Analyst partners closely with the Equity team, Executive Compensation, and external vendors to deliver a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage semi-annual ESPP contribution reconciliation and share purchase process.
Process $25K Fair Market Value (FMV) refunds and employee communications.Perform imputed income calculations and reporting for Puerto Rico and Ireland (Signify and Cordavis).Complete Ireland Share Scheme reporting requirements.Prepare and deliver monthly ESPP DSD reporting.Coordinate annual review and approval of IRS Form 3922 generated by ETRADE.Monitor and maintain related system integrations for ESPP and equity programs.Case Escalation & Inquiry ManagementResearch and resolve Tier II and Tier III inquiries from ServiceNow, shared mailboxes, and email escalations from HR workstreams and vendors.
Fulfill document requests, including subpoenas, historical account statements, and 1099 forms.Monitor, triage, and resolve inquiries from shared mailboxes related to ESPP and other retirement plans.Compliance & ReportingEnsure accurate reporting and compliance for ESPP and equity programs across multiple jurisdictions.
Support annual tax reporting processes and audits.Additional ResponsibilitiesPerform LOA data corrections for 401(k) accounts.
Serve as backup for Weekly Wire activities and Terms in Error process.Maintain and update documented processes and SOPs.Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in equity administration, ESPP, or retirement plan operations.Strong understanding of tax reporting and compliance for equity programs.Proficiency with HR systems, ServiceNow, and vendor platforms (ETRADE experience a plus).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively across HR, Finance, and external vendors.Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely service.Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field preferred. A combination of education and relevant years of experience will be considered.

The typical pay range for this role is : $46,988.00 - $112,200.00
