MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• College degree preferred; Technical degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Arts desired.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in website maintenance, media and print publications, which includes flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Audition, web design / authoring programs, basic HTML, and Internet knowledge.
• Deep understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud tools with computer hardware.
• Sound working knowledge of MS Office, ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Knowledge / expertise in current media-authoring programs.
• Video and sound editing, animation skills, experience with software
• Creative thinker with positive attitude, good troubleshooting, team spirit and good interpersonal communication skills. Detail oriented and well organized.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position typically falls between $75,000 and $90,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for a sign on bonus, shift differential or relocation assistance.

Note : the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education / certifications, geographic location, and shift.
