ComResource is looking for a Finance Data Analyst & Application Support Engineer.
We need someone to assist in implementing new business applications, analyzing requirements, and supporting integration and testing to ensure reliability and performance.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver quality services in line with agreed SLAs
- Assist in development and support of business applications
- Take ownership of Incident Management and serve as final technical escalation point
- Diagnose and resolve root cause issues through structured investigation
- Manage problem lifecycle from identification through remediation
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and identify permanent solutions
- Develop and maintain Application Support standards and documentation
- Train and support new staff members in application support practices
- Plan and manage system upgrades, releases, and migrations
- Collaborate with business users to resolve issues in custom applications
