We are currently in search of a Network Administrator for a Humanitarian Nonprofit Organization .The position ishybrid basedin Phoenix, AZ . This is a full-time, permanent position.

LOCATION : Phoenix, AZ (hybrid)

POSITION TITLE : Network Administrator

DURATION : Permanent

SALARY : $80,000 - $85,000 / year plus excellent benefits

Is This Your Dream Job? The Network Administrator will report directly to the Global Cyber Security Manager and work closely with the Infrastructure Team to support a humanitarian, Jesus-centered organization. This role is responsible for the planning, evaluation, design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the network infrastructure, ensuring it meets and enhances the organization’s business needs. As a subject matter expert, the Network Administrator will lead the development, deployment, and support of data network solutions for a global network architecture.

Our Ideal Candidate :

  • 5+ years of network administration experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree, certifications or trainings in IT preferred (CCNA a plus)
  • Experience working with cloud networks required
  • Experience working with remote networks required
  • Collaborative, team-driven
  • Motivated to serve humanitarian missions through a Jesus-centered lens

How You Will Spend Your Day :

  • Administer and manage network infrastructure, including security, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Lead planning, design, and maintenance of local and wide-area networks, including routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Manage inventories of networking equipment, support contracts, software licenses, and ensure proper equipment disposal.
  • Design and maintain network documentation and diagrams for infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IT Support and System Admin teams to develop standards, updates, and patching protocols.
  • Configure and manage network equipment via centralized platforms like Cisco / Meraki and UniFi.
  • Design, document, and support disaster recovery for network infrastructure.
  • Work with Cyber Security Team on building security infrastructure and research new technologies for the organization.
