Real Estate Sales Recruiter

We are in need of a professional real estate recruiter to help us identify driven new agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team.

Compensation : $150,000+ at plan

Responsibilities :

• Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
• Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality
• Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
• Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
• Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication
• Recruit Top Talent : Unleash your inner hunter and actively recruit elite agents to our dynamic real estate teams. Your aim? Persuade top producers to transition to Crosstown, ensuring our ranks are filled with the industry's best.
• Team Conversion : Target and engage Team Leads, presenting the unmatched value of bringing their entire teams to flourish under the Crosstown banner. Highlight our innovative culture, cutting-edge technology, and robust support, proving that Crosstown is the ultimate environment for its success.
• Smash Call and Appointment Quotas : Consistency is key. Ensure you're not just meeting but exceeding call and appointment quotas. Your persistent efforts will build a robust pipeline of prospective agents, keeping Crosstown's growth trajectory soaring.
