Corporate Tax Manager - Energy / Utilities

Location : Reno, NV

Pay : $115,000 - $118,000

Our client is a leader in the energy and utilities industry, dedicated to delivering sustainable solutions and innovative practices. With a commitment to excellence and growth, they provide a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment that sets them apart.

They are looking for you, an experienced Corporate Tax Manager , to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity for a motivated professional ready to take the lead in corporate tax compliance and reporting.

What You Get to Do :

  • Ensure timely and accurate corporate tax compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze tax data, fluctuation reports, and financial statements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals in tax compliance and reporting.
  • Monitor new tax laws and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning and forecasting processes.

What You Need to Succeed :

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate taxation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain high accuracy under deadlines.
