The roles | Te tūnga
We have a Design Analyst and Insights Analyst role available across our Macroeconomics unit in Insights and Statistics, based in Pōneke (Wellington city) or Ōtautahi (Christchurch).
Design analysts and Insights analysts are responsible for producing and maintaining our statistical products, building relationships internally and externally, providing coaching and support to other staff and contributing to the advancement of your area of expertise.
Design Analysts also :
The Institutional Sectors team is responsible for producing statistics on local government finances, balance sheets for the economy, and institutional sector accounts.
Insights Analysts also :
The Prices and Deflators team is responsible for producing measures of inflation for households and businesses. This includes the Consumers Price Index and monthly Selected Price indexes.
