job_description.job_card.job_descriptionClinic + Call Full time coverage needed M-F clinic (7a-5p) 24 Hour Call -Delivery / C-Sections (Friday 5p - Monday 7a) Can potentially cover weeknight call as well if interested Facility is Level II, EMR is Cerner Low risk and high risk deliveries; complicated & routine Credentialing takes 35-40 days Low risk pregnancy (i.e. history of twins, toxemia, pyelonephritis, etc.) High risk pregnancy (i.e. with toxemia, diabetes, Class II or higher cardiacs, chronic lung problems, chronic renal disease, etc.) FHR interpretation NST / CST / FSE x VBAC s Routine delivery Vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-section Complicated delivery C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, etc. VBAC s Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Board Certified Active IA license or IMLC BLS, NRP, EFM cert Clean Malpractice Covid Vaccination Must have experience with Emergency C Sections
