Location : North Charleston, SC

Schedule : Full-time - Monday-Thursday 6 : 00 AM-3 : 30 PM; Friday 6 : 00 AM-12 : 00 PM

Work Environment : In-person only

architecturally accurate millwork for both new construction and impact-rated projects, with

approximately 30% of our work dedicated to historic restoration. Located in North

Charleston, we partner with builders, architects, and designers to produce premium-quality

doors, windows, mouldings, shutters, and custom elements. Our team combines

craftsmanship with precision tooling to deliver projects that enhance Charleston’s

architectural landscape—whether preserving history or creating something entirely new.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Tenoner Machine Operator to join our production team. You’ll be a key

part of creating precise, high-quality window sashes using both digital and manual

machinery. This is a detail-driven role that blends hands-on craftsmanship with technical

precision.

What You’ll Do

Operate tenoner machinery (digital and manual) to create window sashes.

Perform sizing, assembly, sanding, and application of stops.

Prepare components for priming and conduct audits and quality checks.

Read and interpret CAD drawings to ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with team members to maintain production schedules.

Qualifications

Experience with tenoner or similar woodworking machinery.
