Company Overview

We are a multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering firm, offering various design and consulting services. Founded 25+ years ago, our team is based in the Greater Phoenix area with several offices in the US. We are continuing to grow and looking to add a Mechanical Engineer to the mixture.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and implementing mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components based on project specifications.
  • Conduct analysis and simulations to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Utilize software tools such as COMcheck and Trane Trace for system analysis and optimization.
  • Provide technical support during the installation, testing, and maintenance phases of projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.
  • Experience with COMcheck, Bluebeam, and Trane Trace is a plus.
  • Familiarity with chilled water systems, DX packages, and split systems.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, steam systems, VRF, and control systems is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
