Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager (Contractor) to support client implementations through the beginning of 2026. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from kickoff through launch Collaborate with internal teams to align on timelines, resource needs, and dependencies Serve as a key point of contact for clients during onboarding, ensuring a first-class implementation experience Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in implementation / project management roles for a digital health company Proven experience managing eligibility feeds, SFTP connections, API integrations, and healthcare data pipelines Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Experience with project management tools and methodologies, along with reporting tools Strong organizational skills with internal and external stakeholders
