- Customer Service TEMP TO HIRE : Our client, a service company in San Francisco, is searching for an experienced dispatcher. Excellent communication skills, combined with a clear phone voice is necessary for this position. Prior scheduling and dispatching experience for a service company is a MUST . This position requires a high degree of organization, computer skills, attention to detail, customer service, a team player, having the energy to work in a fast-paced team environment, and able to embrace change.
Schedule : 100% in office, Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5 : 30PM, temp-to-hire.
Dispatcher experience required.Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally in English (answering phones, email, and heavy data input.)Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility guidelines.Receive service requests from customers and coworkers. Enter information into the computer.Order necessary equipment for jobs.Debrief Techs at the end of day to ensure paperwork, pictures, and / or videos were completed and submitted.Provide administrative, informational, and customer service support to external customers, service technicians, and sales teamNeed to show proof of full Covid vaccinationPay : $30-34 / hour DOE
