Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The primary purpose of the role is to lead the development and implementation of the asset management information system where financial, asset, property management and service delivery systems are integrated and all advanced asset and property management functions are enabled, allowing asset optimisation analysis to be completed and asset and property management performance reporting to be undertaken.
Note : Preference will be given to internal Te Whatu Ora and Te Aka Whai Ora candidates.
Mōu | About you
In this role you will lead the establishment of a single source of truth for asset and property data including an asset register, hierarchy, asset attributes (at component and facility level), condition, performance, work history etc.
You will establish a systematic and fully optimised asset data collection programme with supporting metadata, develop and report on confidence-ratings for critical asset data, as well as develop advance asset data and performance reporting.
