Your Role

As a Bilingual Account Manager, you will :

Cultivate Strong Relationships : Engage with clients, particularly within our Spanish-speaking community, to understand their unique needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Educate and Inform : Utilize a customer-first approach to clearly explain insurance options, ensuring clients make informed decisions.

Drive Agency Growth : Proactively develop leads, schedule appointments, and collaborate with our team to enhance client experiences and contribute to the agencys success.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation : Base salary plus commission / bonus, with total earnings potential between $52,000 - $70,000 annually (top performers may exceed this range).

Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand both languages at a professional level.
