Overview

Pearland Golf Club is a semi-private, 18 hole facility. We do around 46,000 rounds a year, heavy outside event schedule, specializing in a great guest experience. We operate at high volume for just under 200 full due paying members, 1,500 restricted members, and the public. Our current GM is retiring and our current Head Golf Professional is moving into the General Manager role. We are looking for a great Head Golf Professional candidate to team up with the new General Manager and our team to continue to provide outstanding service and bring the club to the next level. We are currently undergoing work on the greens due to damage from aging infrastructure and 9 holes are back in shape with the other 9 holes expected back to full strength by fall. Our main putting green is getting regrown in as we speak and is should be back and larger by before fall. Our facility is constantly being upgraded to levels above where it once was. We are looking to increase business sales and operations to continue to make the facility profitable.

Experience Required

PGA Class A or Class B Associate

PGA Class A Base Rate Would be $53,000-$55,000

PGA Class B Base Rate Would Be $48,000-$50,000

Golf Experience is A Must

2-4+ years as an Assistant Who Wants A Great Chance as Becoming Head Pro

• Come Up With Improvements to Facility with General Manager
