Were working with a leading beauty creator with 3.8M+ followers across socials and a highly engaged global audience. We produce high-engagement content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and were building a production team that doesnt just meet expectations - but blows them away.

This is a remote-only, long-term role designed for top performers who want freedom, flexibility, and a fast-paced, rewarding challenge.

  • You know the difference between an okay edit and an OMG-I-need-to-watch-that-again moment
  • You work fast, clean, and with surgical attention to detail

  • You dont need hand-holding - you bring ideas, solutions, and a strong aesthetic instinct to the table
  • You understand that beauty is in the details - hair framing, lighting tweaks, tone shifts, subtle movements - and you care deeply about getting those details right

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum 2 years of video editing experience for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Strong portfolio of attention-grabbing short-form edits (ideally beauty, lifestyle, or creator-based)
  • Mastery of Adobe Premiere and After Effects (plus any other tools you love)
  • Social media native - you understand algorithm dynamics, fast edits, punchy hooks, pacing, subtitles, meme formats, and what makes people watch
  • Deep interest in the beauty space - you know how to visually elevate hair, skin, makeup, and self-care content
  • Excellent English - spoken and written
  • Unshakable reliability - we dont do this usually doesnt happen here
  • Highly responsive, proactive communicator
  • Organized and detail-obsessed - sloppiness is a dealbreaker
  • Emotionally resilient - objective, logical, positive, and drama-free
  • Tech-savvy and open to using AI tools (for grammar checks, content ideation or pacing refinement)
