CareMore Health is seeking experienced Primary Care Physicians to join our team across our Southern California Care Centers in Downey, Upland, Apple Valley, and Lawndale. Position Highlights

Full-time practice with a focus on continuity and proactive care

Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including nurse practitioners, social services, and case management

Robust administrative and clinical support to let you focus on patient carenot paperwork

Meaningful patient relationships with an emphasis on prevention and wellness

Qualifications

MD / DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active or eligible medical license in California

Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in primary care preferred (2026 residents encouraged to apply)
