Role : QC Inspector
Location : Milpitas, CA - 950335
Duration : 03 Months
Schedule : 8 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday.
100% Onsite Milpitas, CA

Looking for (Skills) :
Candidates with prior experience in a regulated environment (medical device, diagnostic, or pharma preferred).
Strong attention to detail and documentation review skills.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing / production environment with PPE requirements.
Must Have Skills :
Experience in medical device, diagnostic, or pharma-regulated industries.
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge.
Batch record / lot history record review experience.
Proficiency with Excel and SharePoint for data / document management.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with auditing / document verification experience.
Good to Have Skills :
Experience with manual manufacturing or electronics assembly.
Technical certifications or training related to quality control.
Aerospace or other highly regulated industry experience may be considered.
Day-to-Day Activity :
Review and audit batch records and lot history records.
Verify line clearance, kitting of parts, and manufacturing steps per specifications.
Analyze data from electronic systems before final lot release.
Approve lot release prior to shipment to customers.
Collaborate closely with operations and quality teams in a small, team-oriented environment.
Follow PPE and cleanroom guidelines (no nail polish, closed-toe shoes, lab coat, no food inside work areas).
Education :
High school diploma acceptable (Associate's or higher preferred).
Minimum 2 3 years of relevant industry experience required if only a high school diploma.
Experience :
2 3+ years in quality control, manufacturing, or related regulated industry role.
Medical device, diagnostic, or pharma strongly preferred.
Interview :
Step 1 : Phone or video screening with hiring manager.
Step 2 : Onsite interview with the quality and operations team.
